Who am I?

As a therapist, I believe in bringing my full, authentic self into the work I do with clients. I don’t subscribe to the idea of “blank face” therapy – when you meet me, I hope to meet the real you, too. Our therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work together, and I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I am a qualified counsellor with an FdA Degree in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling from Greenwich University, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). Alongside my private practice, I also work within the NHS, and I serve as a clinical supervisor and clinical assessor. My diverse roles have enriched my understanding of the therapeutic process and strengthened my ability to support clients in different settings.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of approaches, tailoring my work to meet your specific needs and goals. But beyond the techniques, it’s the relationship between us that matters most. I’m committed to building a strong working alliance based on empathy, trust, and mutual respect. I want you to feel comfortable, knowing that our sessions are a space where you can bring your whole self, and we will work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Life is full of experiences that can cause us hurt and distress. Together, we’ll explore not only the emotional impact of those experiences but also how they show up in your body. I believe our emotional and physical selves are deeply connected, and by understanding the body’s responses, we can create a more balanced, harmonious way of living. It’s about helping you process the past so that it doesn’t have such a powerful hold on your present.

You don’t have to face life’s struggles alone. It’s natural to seek support during difficult times, and I’m here to walk alongside you through whatever challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re dealing with current issues or working through past events that continue to affect you, I’m here to offer the support you need.

My services are fully LGBTQ+ friendly, and I also hold an enhanced DBS, ensuring that I can offer a safe, professional, and inclusive space for all.
