Clinical Supervision Sessions

£60 per 60 minutes

I offer integrative clinical supervision for both trainee and qualified therapists, with sessions available either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. My supervision practice is informed by a Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals & Groups, meeting the supervision training standards set by the BACP.

My Approach
I believe that effective supervision is built on a foundation of open and honest communication between supervisor and supervisee. My aim is to provide a supportive, consultative, and restorative space where growth and development are fostered for all involved. My integrative training allows me to work with supervisees from various therapeutic modalities, tailoring our work to both the supervisee’s level of experience and the nature of their client work, whether open-ended or time-limited.

A key focus of my supervision is working relationally, with attention to the impact of the supervisory relationship on client work. I draw heavily on attachment theory to help therapists understand the profound influence early relational experiences have on both the therapist-client relationship and their broader developmental frameworks.

Experience
I bring a breadth of experience from supervising in my private practice as well as in agency and higher education settings. I have worked with groups of trainee therapists who provide low-cost and NHS therapy, supporting them in bridging the gap between theory and practice while encouraging them to develop as reflexive practitioners.

When supervising qualified therapists, I also focus on helping them attune to their own emotional responses during client work. We explore how these responses manifest in the body, using physical sensations and visualisation techniques to deepen self-awareness and professional growth.

Creative Supervision
Creativity is an important part of my supervisory method. I incorporate drawing, symbols, and crafts into our sessions to allow for creative expression and exploration. This can bring a different perspective to the reflective process and help supervisees connect with their experiences in a new way.

I am committed to supporting therapists throughout their training and professional development, helping them navigate the challenges of their therapeutic work and become more attuned, reflective practitioners.
