My Therapy
Services
Before embarking on any work with clients, I complete a full assessment. This assessment helps to determine your needs of therapy and identify any goals you may have.
Once we have completed an assessment, and reached an agreement to work together, our sessions will formally begin. With regular reviews to check progress and ensure you are happy with the direction of our work.
£60 per session.
I offer integrative therapeutic counselling for adults, providing sessions either face-to-face or online. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
With a Degree in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling I have been trained in several key therapeutic approaches. This allows me to work with you in a way that best fits your experiences and challenges:
Psychodynamic Therapy:
Helps to explore how past experiences influence unconscious responses. Where we can work through them and help you develop more conscious choices in how you respond to situations.
Humanistic/Person-Centred Therapy:
Focuses on self-worth and personal growth, providing a non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):
Offers practical strategies to address the link between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By challenging unhelpful thinking patterns and developing healthier ways of managing.

Working with Adults
Children & Adolescents
£50 per session
I offer specialised therapeutic support for children and adolescents in a safe, nurturing environment tailored to their individual needs. My approach varies according to age, ensuring that each child or young person feels understood and engaged in their therapy journey.
For Children Aged 5-12 Years
In my work with younger children, I use play-based and creative interventions that allow them to express themselves in a natural and comfortable way. Through play, storytelling, and creative activities, children can explore their feelings and experiences in a non-verbal, symbolic form, which is often a more accessible way for them to communicate. These methods help children process emotions related to low mood, low self-esteem, school challenges, grief and loss, or family transitions.
For Adolescents Aged 12-18 Years
For older children and teenagers, I incorporate more cognitive-based interventions. Adolescents may benefit from talking therapies that encourage self-reflection and the development of coping strategies. Whether working through issues like low self-esteem, grief, or difficulties related to school or family life, the aim is to provide a supportive space where they can feel heard and empowered to make positive changes.
Therapeutic Sessions
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted face-to-face in a dedicated therapeutic space. This provides a consistent, safe environment for children and young people to explore their feelings, build resilience, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
I am committed to helping children and adolescents navigate life’s challenges, offering a compassionate approach to support their emotional well-being.
